Every year my in-laws host a Super Bowl party & every year i look forward to my mother-in-law’s “soup bar.” She always has two – three soups cooking on the stove for everyone to enjoy, it’s a great way to serve the crowds. Last year her tortilla soup was especially good, so i thought i’d share (hope she won’t mind)!
